Friday Food Truck Photo, June 14th

Rice vermicelli with grilled chicken from Saigon Sizzle.  Like the vermicelli dishes in Vietnamese restaurants, this was served like a salad with a fish sauce-based dressing.  The chicken was well seasoned and tender, and the fresh vegetables helped keep the dish light.
