Friday Food Truck Photo, February 1st

Escargot puffs from Fork In the Road.  Three snails were tucked neatly inside the puff pastry, with some homemade boursin, and topped with a dijon mustard sauce.  Garlicky, buttery goodness in a convenient package.  The server couldn’t stress enough how they were best eaten immediately.  No problem there!
