Korean style mussels, served on a bed of orzo studded with butternut squash from Curbside Chef. This dish was an explosion of flavor. The perfectly cooked mussels had a garlicky, saffron sauce and was served toasted bread. It was a hefty portion – four of us shared it as an appetizer and we still had leftovers.
