Friday Food Truck Photo, July 27th

 

Mac and cheese from 5 Gastronomy.  This was cheesy without being too heavy, studded with mushrooms, and drizzled with truffle oil.  My husband was slightly put out that I ate it all and didn’t save any for him.  I fully intended to set aside some, but I couldn’t stop myself from eating it.

Coincidentally, Chef Bruno Fonseca of 5 Gastronomy won last night’s Fill The Grill challenge, sponsored by the local Whole Foods.  Congratulations, Chef Bruno!
