Friday Food Truck Photo, September 9th


Cake ball kabobs, from Bloom Bakery. They partner with Treehouse Truck at food truck events. The flavors were: chocolate, banana caramel, chocolate strawberry, and coconut lime. Fantastic concept, great flavors, but not successful in execution. The insides were way too soft – almost seemed like they were raw. Listen to me, I think I’ve been watching too much Top Chef.

We want everyone to know that we try and read every review and email we receive and are grateful for all of the feed back. Just a quick note on your review of the Cake Kabobs. The reason that they were so moist/soft was that the cake is mixed with buttercream. I can whole heartedly say that the cake was not under baked. We would never serve any product that we believe is not up to our standards of quality.
